Introduction

Hi, I’m Peace.

Peace leads Bz Creatives — its direction, its client relationships, and the standard the work is held to. She is the one who turns a conversation into a brief, a schedule, and something that actually ships.

Her background is operations and executive support: executive calendars and complex travel logistics, KYC compliance and weekly reporting for institutional banking clients, event and volunteer coordination, customer service and records control. She holds a BA in Sociology and French from the University of Ghana, graduating with First Class Honours in 2024.

She works the way an operations person does — name the process, take the ambiguity out of it, and keep people, priorities and paperwork moving in the same direction. Product management is the next thing she is deliberately building toward.
